I am a board-certified pediatrician,
Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member
of its Section on Adoption and Foster Care. In 1983 I graduated
from Moscow Medical School, and for several years practiced
pediatrics and pediatric dermatology in Moscow, Russia.
While practicing in Russia, I also worked in Moscow preschools
and nursery schools.
Since 1994, I am practicing general
pediatrics and adolescent medicine in Central New Jersey.
I am specializing on pre-adoption reviews and counseling
for families adopting from the republics of the former Soviet
Union. My office also provides the post-adoption evaluations
and management of children adopted from all over the world.
My staff is proficient in Russian, Ukrainian and Azerbaijani
languages. During my humanitarian missions to Ukraine, I
provided consultation services in pediatric clinics and
orphanages in Kiev, Zhitomir, and Odessa.
