in 1997 I graduated
from the Russian State Medical University. I had a 2 year
residency in pediatrics, followed by 2 years of
"aspirantura," a postgraduate training in allergy/clinical
immunology. At the same time I worked as a staff pediatrician
in the Russian State Children's Hospital and as a researcher
in the Research Institute for Pediatric Hematology.
In 2000 I stayed
at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee
for a 3 months internship.
In 2001 I got my Ph.D.
diploma with specialization in the area of clinical immunology-primary
immune deficiency.
In 2005 I passed
PLAB - a British medical test, which allows practicing medicine
in UK.
At the present time
I work in the American Clinic in Moscow as chief pediatrician.
I am involved in pre-adoption
medical exams since 2001 and have examined nearly 150 children
referred for international adoption in different parts of
Russia.
