Transition Plan Preparation
Individual Transition Plan (ITP) for internationally
adopted children in the age of 14-18.
The ITP can be a part of a comprehensive developmental, vocational,
and psycho-educational evaluation, or it can be a standalone document,
based on the current IEP and additional vocational assessment.
